I. Allegro Moderato
The first movement of this piano concerto was completed on December 10, 2023. The instrumentation is violin 1&2, viola, cello, bass, flute 1&2, oboe 1&2, clarinet, bassoon, contrabassoon, horn, trumpet, trombone, tuba, timpani, and piano. The associated video is a MIDI realization of the first movement.
II. Largo
The second movement was composed with the following instrumentation: violin 1&2, viola, cello, bass, flute 1&2, oboe 1&2, clarinet, bassoon, contrabassoon, horn, trumpet, trombone, tuba, timpani, and piano.
III. Vivacissimo
The third and final movement was completed on October 24, 2024 and was composed with the following instrumentation: violin 1&2, viola, cello, bass, flute 1&2, oboe 1&2, clarinet, bassoon, contrabassoon, horn, trumpet, trombone, tuba, timpani, chimes, and piano.
